According to the Cumberland Pacquet name index, that death notice was in the Cumberland Pacquet of 24 Jan 1832.

Unfortunately the BNA website does not have that edition of the Cumberland Pacquet.

The only Carlisle paper the BNA website has for that year is the Carlisle Patriot, and by sheer bad luck, the edition for 21 Jan 1832 is missing. William LLOYD is not mentioned in the death notices on 14th or 28th January.

The only paper I could find in which his death was mentioned was the Westmorland Advertiser and Kendal Chronicle of Saturday 28 Jan 1832 (p. 4, col. 6). THis is the last column of the page, and a goodly part of its right edge has been cut off (although the last three letters can be seen on page 1 of the following edition of the paper! The part in square brackets is what I assume must be there but is not visible.

At Carlisle since our last, ... Wm. LLOYD, Ann[etwell ]st., aged 33.

The age was difficult to read and may not be correct.
