New operation method for non members of the society. Please note that non-members of the Society are now limited to no more than 10 posts. If you are a member and come across this restriction it is possible you have not upgraded your account to full member status. If you are not a member and would like to continue to post on the Forum then you may wish to consider joining, it is only £10 a year and as well as the Forum and additional facilities on the website you will get the newsletter four times a year.

Registration Agreement

This is the current agreement you accept and agree to when you join or continue to use the Forum. It can be changed from time to time and this agreement may not be the same as when you joined, however by continuing to use the Forum you agree to these terms and conditions of use. You should check this agreement from time to time for changes, though we will attempt to inform you of any major change to this agreement we can not be held responsible for notifications. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then please do not use the Forum and either remove your registration or advise the Administrator to remove your registration. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason.  We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.
 
After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.
 
Please note that all public areas of this forum are available for search engines such as Google to index. Not all areas of the forum are public, but if you wish to see which areas are public then do not log in to the forum and you will then see whatever a Guest can see. Whatever you can see is public. By joining the forum you accept that whatever you publish in public areas will be visible within search engines. Public areas may be redefined from time to time at the discretion of the Administrator, though specific CFHS member areas will not be made public.

Please note that joining the Forum as a basic member does not make you a full member of the Society, to become a full member you must apply and pay the subscription fee. Unless you are a full member of the Society you will be limited to 3 posts only. Note that an answer to a post comprises a post so that if you make a post and then reply to an answer that is 2 posts.


The administrator reserves the right to remove any member of the Forum at any time and without notice. It should be noted that full current members of the Society who have upgraded their Forum accounts will not be removed, however those who are not full current members of the society may be removed if they have not accessed their account for at least 6 month.


The Society reserve the right to refuse applications from non-members of the society if the maximum capacity of the Forum is reached.
